A bottle of our wine

is waiting for you at your arrival in each of our apartments, as present and welcome from us. (We proudly are wine and olive-oil producers associated to the co-operative Cellar and Oil-Mill "Valvirginio" )

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: from 15.00 on; Departure within 10.00 am (Except for different agreements).

Pets

Pets allowed whitout surcharge. Allowed cats and all-size dogs (small, medium and large size) and even more than one pet each stay.
In the private and enclosed gardens of the La Terrazza and La Spiga apartments, your pets will be free to run without leash and in no-danger conditions.

Discounts

"Long holiday" discount
10% discount on the second booked week and on the following weeks (July: 5% discount, August: no discount).

Fidelity discount
Our Guests who come back to our homes have a special discount that ranges between 5% and 10% depending on the year period.

Last Minute discount
In "Last Minute" conditions (one or two weeks before arrival) there is a "Last Minute" discount. The amount of discount depends on the season. Please, contact us for information.

Monthly-stay discount
Considerable discounts for monthly stays (Please, contact us for asking for the monthly rent price).

Our prices include:

electricity, water, final cleaning and a bottle of our wine at the arrival. In winter, the private heating system will be separately paid on the basis of use.
Bed and bath linen is available on request for the price of 7 or 10 Euro per person (depends on the number of people).

Payment

30% by bank transfer to confirm the booking (transfer expenses will be paid by the Guest). The reservation is confirmed by the payment of the advance. The remaining amount of the rent is required at the arrival in cash.

Deposit against damages

200/250 Euro depending on the booked apartment, to be given in cash at the arrival. The deposit is given back at the departure if there are no damages.

Credit cards and bank cheques

Not accepted.

Cancellation of booking

If the Guest cancels the booking, we hold the advance. The Guest will pay any more.

Note

This offer is "Rent for tourism purpose", according to the Italian law (art. 57, L.R. 23 marzo 2000, n. 42).
